All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of our products (sensory squishies), items cannot be returned once used or opened.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number

• a clear photo of the item

We will gladly offer a replacement for damaged items 💗

• We do not offer refunds for used, damaged by customer, or normal wear items

• Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance are not considered defects

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
